Moline Township seeks bids for the replacement of the flat roof on the township building.  The bid specifications can be obtained at the Moline Township Office, 620 18^th ST, Moline IL 61265, or by downloading them below.  The bid period is Monday, April 24, 2023, to Thursday, June 29, 2023, at 4:30 pm.  Sealed bids labeled, “Sealed Bid – Roofing” may be delivered to or mailed to the Moline Township Office arriving no later than the bid deadline of June 29, 2023, at 4:30 pm.  The contractor performing the work will pay no less than the prevailing wages to all laborers, workers, and mechanics performing work under this contract.  The contractor awarded will also comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12.)  Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at 4:30 PM.  The meeting is open to all bidders and the public.  The Township Board retains the right to waive any requirements or formalities and further reject any or all proposals received.
